Good quality is seen at BMS as the key to success; it will hold satisfied customers and gain new ones. Poor quality will lead to the rapid demise of our good reputation and the eventual demise of BMS.

The Company Quality System is based on ISO 9002:2008 and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practice.  It aims to achieve quality through a continuous improvement approach. This includes

  • minimising variation
  • focusing on prevention rather than correction
  • setting targets
  • reviewing progress towards its targets.

The Company recognises the crucial contribution of each member of the workforce to quality. It is the policy of BMS to inform every employee of his or her contribution to the overall quality of BMS products and services. It is company policy to provide the resources necessary to maintain the Quality system. Should a situation arise that cannot be resolved by the Quality Manager, I will personally arbitrate a resolution. I present BMS as a quality company with quality products. Therefore, I hereby delegate my authority to every member of the workforce to ensure that we attain the highest standards as of now and in the years ahead.
