How It Works:

1. Water Recycling:

   • The Recyclone recycles 100% of the used wash water that falls into the collection trap beneath the vehicle.

   • This water is immediately treated and reused, ensuring no discharge from the system.

2. Water Loss:

   • Approximately 15–20% of the wash water is lost during washing due to:

     • 10% left on the vehicle.

     • 5–10% evaporation (varies with temperature).

   • The lost water must be topped up periodically.

3. Self-Cleansing System:

   • When the wash system is not in use (e.g., at night), the Recyclone overflows back to the starting point (e.g., holding tank, silt trap, or interceptor).

   • This allows the system to self-clean without discharging.

4. Sludge Management:

   • The first tank in the Recyclone serves as a settlement/sludge tank.

   • Periodic desludging is required to maintain efficiency.
